Scope of Service Experience

Tina Granger is the Vice President of Real Estate Management with NAI Fidelis in Beaumont, Texas. She began her career in residential property management more than seven years ago and for the past two years has moved to commercial real estate management specializing in the area of retail properties. In addition to her management experience, Tina brings a variety of real estate experience to the firm including construction management, real estate development planning and marketing, and residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing. She holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License and has earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, graduating with Honors. Tina previously held positions with Collier International's property management division in Houston, Texas as a Retail Property Manager and Marketing Director and also with Metropolitan Park Development in Beaumont, Texas. Her personal integrity and strong work ethic have been key in consistently providing her clients with excellent services based on a solid track record of superior performance with outstanding results.
